Rolemate is candidate-owned hiring signal infrastructure. These terms govern how the product is used and what Rolemate is responsible for.
Acceptable use
Rolemate is for legitimate career development and hiring. You may not use it to misrepresent your identity, fabricate work history, generate fraudulent profiles, or automate access beyond what the product interface supports.
Limitation of liability
Signal Scores are informational outputs, not employment decisions. Rolemate provides them as a candidate-owned artifact. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, compensation decisions, or any downstream use of a score by an employer or third party.
Intellectual property
Rolemate's scoring methodology, interface, and infrastructure are proprietary. Your GitHub repos and work artifacts remain yours. By connecting your GitHub account you grant Rolemate a read-only license to analyze your public code for the purpose of generating your Signal Score.
